1. Start:

Turn on the main switch of the external power supply, adjust the power switch of the electrical cabinet behind the machine to the ON state, turn on the control on I key on the machine operation panel, and control the control on I key of a single machine after the machine is started. The tower moves to the mechanical far point or the tool change point;

2. Close

Use an air gun to blow off the iron filings and cutting fluid inside the machine, and then quickly move the turret of the machine to the mechanical far point or the tool change point. If the machine is not suitable for long-term use, please spray anti-rust oil on the three-jaw chuck and turret guide inside the machine. Close the CONTROLOFF) O key on the operation panel, wait for the CRT display of the machine to be closed, then close the power switch of the electrical cabinet behind the machine, and close the external power switch at the back, and confirm that all power sources are closed;

3. It should be noted that:

A. The oil used in each part of the machine needs to be specified and increased in time, including: machine cutting oil, water-soluble cutting oil TD208, once a month; machine oil guide, Shell t68, once a week; No. 32 hydraulic motor pressure oil, every once a half year;

b. The surrounding environment of the lathe should be kept tidy at all times;

c. Do not press the controller and switch if your hands are wet;
